Terms and Conditions

Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal Credit and Sezzle No-Credit Check Financing. As soon as your order is placed online your credit card or alternative payment method will be charged.

Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address, you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary a representative will contact promptly after your order has been placed.

 

 

Shipping Policy

Please note GGH requires up to 7 business days processing time for all orders unless otherwise noted. This does not include weekends or holidays. During high volume events such as sales, pre-orders, etc., please note processing time may be longer than usual. Orders may take up to 14 business days. We thank you for your patience in advance. If textures or lengths are back ordered, you will be notified by email upon order placement and will be given the option to substitute at equal cost, or cancel that portion of your order. Please note that we cannot expedite the processing time of your order. Please place your order far enough in advance to ensure your order arrives to you in time for any appointments or events. 

 

Shipment Methods
All orders will be shipped USPS/UPS unless otherwise requested.

 USPS/UPS is our standard shipping method. All shipments within the United States are shipped with delivery AND signature confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email or text message to allow you to track your package in real-time and make any arrangements for delivery. Gemini Goddess Hair is not responsible for shipping and handling charges or restocking fees associated with refused or unclaimed packages. Refused packages and unclaimed packages will be assessed 100% restocking fee. These fees are non-refundable. Gemini Goddess Hair is not responsible for any carrier delays. Please ensure you order far enough in advance to receive your items in time for appointments, events, etc..  Gemini Goddess Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are the result of a third party carrier. Once packages are confirmed with the carrier, all responsibility becomes that of the buyer. 

 

 International Shipping

 GGH ships to most international addresses. Please email info@geminigoddesshair.com if you have any questions regarding shipping to your country. In an effort to prevent fraudulent purchases, we will ONLY ship to confirmed addresses. A confirmed address is an address that has been verified as belonging to the purchaser per matching credit card billing address. Please contact your credit card company or PayPal's Customer Service at 1-402-935-2050 or www.PayPal.com, with any questions related to confirming your shipping address.
